Construction Updates, Logistics, and Timeline

An exciting new chapter is officially underway at Sportsmen’s Tennis & Enrichment Center. If you have been at the club recently, you may have noticed a flurry of organizing, packing, and cleaning as we prepare for what comes next. In early January, we will begin the next major phase of construction that will transform how our campus looks, flows, and serves our community for decades to come.

Over the next 12 months (52 Fridays 🙂), you will see significant activity on site as we build a new ground-level lobby and Welcome Center, build a new fitness center and locker rooms, add community and enrichment spaces, and improve overall access and traffic flow. When complete, these changes will allow us to serve more players, students, and families while creating a more welcoming, accessible experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

During construction, how you enter the building, where you park, and how you move between courts and buildings will change. To help you navigate these updates smoothly, we have prepared clear diagrams, timelines, and FAQs that explain:

  • Construction phases and key dates
  • Temporary entrances and check-in locations
  • Parking and drop-off options
  • Vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow
  • Court access and league play adjustments

We know change takes adjustment, and we appreciate your patience and partnership as we move through this process together. Construction schedules are fluid, and we will continue to share updates as timelines or logistics change. The detailed documents linked below are designed to answer questions and help you plan ahead. Please take a few minutes to review them before your next visit.

For those who attended the Town Hall or Zoom session about the construction, please note that the timeline has shifted by one week. The new temporary entrances will now be in use starting January 12th (instead of January 5th).

If you have questions about the logistics or timeline of the construction, please contact Katherine Cruise, Director of Communications, at kcruise@sportsmenstennis.org.

Thank you for being part of the Sportsmen’s community and for helping us build a stronger, more vibrant campus for the future.
